Love handle- commonly called as tires on our stomach, makes us look fat and restricts us from wearing any body-hugging dress. No matter the name, Love Handle, none of the people love it. The fat deposited around the waist is hard to lose. Many people perform exercises specific to the waist area but still do not get rid of those ugly love handles. So, how to get rid of the love handle?

Well,  you can remove the waist fat with the help of exercises combined with other things. So, let us understand what different steps you can take in order to remove the excess fat from the body.

  • Box Jumps- You can perform them even on the stairs if you do not get a box

How to perform:

  • Stand in an athletic position, with a box in front of you.
  • Your feet should be shoulder apart.
  • Now, bend down a little as if in a quarter squat position, before you are going to jump.
  • Your arms in front of you.
  • Push your feet in the ground and jump on the box.
  • Perform 4 sets of it with 20 times repetition.
  • Russian Twists- This exercise helps a lot in cutting down your belly fat.

How to perform:

  • Sit on your butt with your knees half bent and feet on the ground.
  • Now, lean back a little at 45 degrees, so that your feet are in the air.
  • Hold a dumbbell or any weight with both your hands.
  • Twist your torso, to the left and touch the dumbbell on the ground.
  • Then, twist to the right.
  • Repeat this back and forth, and keep your legs balanced in the air.
  • Jumping Burpee- This exercise requires a lot of stamina and it also helps in the proper workout.

How to perform:

  • Start by standing on your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Now start with the squat position
  • Then touch your hand on the ground, with your feet at back in the plank position.
  • Now, again bring your feet back in, and stand up
  • Bicycle Crunches- This exercise helps a lot in abs making.

How to perform:

  • Lie down on your back
  • Your hand supporting your head at the back
  • Now, start riding the bicycle with your legs
  • When you bring one leg closer to the chest, try to touch the opposite hand’s elbow with the knee
  • Then bring another leg and opposite hand.
  • Do this for at least 30 times
